De León Asks Senator Accused of Sexual Harassment to Take Leave

California Senate leader Kevin de Leon has asked Democratic Senator Tony Mendoza to take a leave of absence while sexual harassment claims against him are investigated. And he confirmed that Senator Bob Hertzberg is being investigated after claims of inapproptriate touching. The news came as the Senate yesterday announced several reforms meant to better address sexual harassment claims in the chamber.

Becerra Sues Trump Administration for Alleged Refusal to Process Student Loan Forgiveness Claims
