David di Sabatino

David Di Sabatino is a first time documentary filmmaker whose film Frisbee: The Life and Death of a Hippie Preacher gained acceptance to festivals around the country, including the Newport Beach, Reel Heart, Mill Valley, San Francisco Independent, Ragamuffin, New York Underground, and Philadelphia International Gay & Lesbian film festivals. Ironically, the film received warm reviews from both Christian and alternative media as well as a glowing review in Variety magazine. Trained as a historian, Di Sabatino is the compiler of The Jesus People Movement bibliography (Greenwood Press, 1999), and is currently working on his next film about that same topic.
