Bonnie and Judith

Bonnie Burt has been documenting Jewish life for 20 years. Her videos have been seen in the Museum of Modern Art and Lincoln Center in New York as well as at film festivals worldwide and on television. She currently lives in the Bay Area with her husband and son.

In addition to A Home on the Range: The Jewish Chicken Ranchers of Petaluma and the award-winning companion piece Song of a Jewish Cowboy (2002). In 2004, Burt completed My Sister, My Bride, a film about love, same-sex marriage and the Constitution, which premiered at the San Francisco Jewish Film Festival.
