What should I do if I didn’t receive the automatic email confirmation for my pledge?
Email confirmations are generally sent within 1 business day from the submission of your pledge. You will also receive a paper confirmation in the mail. If you don’t receive an email confirmation, you should check your spam folder. If the confirmation is not in your spam folder, please let us know by using the Member Services contact form or phone number listed at the bottom of this page.

How can I update my credit card information online?
If you need to update your credit card, please use the credit card Payment Method Update form.

How can I change my payment method to EFT?
Please use the EFT Payment Method Update form to update your Payment Method to EFT.

How can I change my payment method from mailing in a check to credit card?
Please use the credit card Payment Method Update form  form to update your Payment Method from check to credit card.

How do I suspend or cancel my contribution?
We’re sorry you have to cancel your financial support with us, but we do understand. Contact us using the Member Services contact form or phone number at the bottom of this page and we’ll take care of that. Be sure to include your contact information and/or membership ID number with your request.

How long does it take for my pledge or payment to be processed?
We try to process donations as quickly as possible, but it might take up to 3-5 business days. However, during on-air fundraising drives, pledges and payments can take as long as 10 business days to process.

I want to send a check/money order to KQED. Where do I send it?
You can send checks or money orders made out to KQED to KQED, PO Box 7618, San Francisco, CA 94120-7618. Please be sure to put your Member ID or Pledge number on the check to ensure we credit the correct account.

How long does it take for my check to be processed?
Your check will usually be deposited within 3 – 5 business days from when you mail it to KQED. Your payment will be reflected on your KQED member account up to 5 business days from the date of deposit.

Why do we not utilize PayPal as a form of payment?
Due to privacy concerns, we cannot accept PayPal as a form of payment at this time.
