It's June and to Supreme Court watchers that means one thing: big decisions are coming down this month. Why not July? That has to do with the justices' summer travel schedules. While they're off to Malta or Austria, the rest of us will be dealing with the ramifications of the court's ruling on the Affordable Care Act.

The Supreme Court has already decided the fate of the health reform law, and in a few short weeks the rest of us will know whether it is upheld, struck down entirely, or badly damaged. Of the possible decisions, four are the most likely and each would have significant ramifications.
