She is a professor of theater arts at UC Santa Cruz, the editor of &#8220;Asian Theater Journal&#8221; and has performed as a dalang (puppetmaster) of wayang golek rod puppets and wayang orang dance drama for more than 20 years. She is currently writing a book on mask and puppet performance in Southeast Asia.<\/p>\n<p><b>Spark<\/b> visits with Foley at the Asian Art Museum to get an expert look at their collection of Wayang Golek puppets from the Sundanese highlands.
