BarBot delivers ingenious robotic bartenders.
I often associate some of my favorite cocktails with particular bartenders and locales. I know who makes the best Corpse Reviver, where to get the perfect Old Fashioned and the best piano bar to soothe my urge for a fruity martini. But what if my drink was made by a robot? Would I be able to tell?
That's the question BarBot aims to answer. Makers from around the world will be converging on San Francisco this weekend where you can try concoctions from over a dozen drink swilling robots. All the BarBots are competing for the fame and glory of producing the best, and possibly most ingenious, automated drinking machine.
