Joseph explores Bangkok and Beyond (Travelscope)

May 2019Season 10 of the Emmy Award-winning series Joseph Rosendo’s Travelscope received three more Telly Awards for its cultural travel series bringing its total Telly Tally to 47!

Founded in 1979, the Telly Awards honors video and television made for all screens and is judged by The Telly Award Judging Council; a group of leading video and television experts from some of the most prestigious companies in entertainment, publishing, advertising, and emerging technology.

"Fantastic! Three more bronze pals to add to our Telly gang” says Emmy-winning director and host Joseph Rosendo, “It is an abundance of riches that proves that not only do our millions of viewers appreciate the care we take and the efforts we make to create a quality, culturally-sensitive show that strives to make a difference in our world, but our peers recognize and value our endeavors as well. We’re grateful to American Public Television and PBS — the guardians of quality television — for giving us the opportunity to be a window for our viewers to the amazing people and cultures with whom we share our planet — which has such wonders in it! I’m thankful to our talented crew and all the wonderful people I’ve met in 40 years as a travel journalist who allowed me to tell their stories. Stay tuned for more award-winning adventures!”
