This week has been a long one. Many of us are hurting and turning to self-care habits, like staring at a bunch of unlikely animal friend gifs.

Another way to feel better is to get out and commune with nature, and the National Park Service is making it easier to do just that. In celebration of their 100th birthday, all National Park Service sites will offer free admission on November 11, 2016. Whether it’s walking through the redwoods at Muir Woods or refreshing oneself at Yosemite, there’s no better time to trade in social media for blue sky and fresh air.
