It's true: We here at KQED Pop are unabashed suckers for all things First Lady. Can you blame us?

Over the course of her nearly eight years in the White House, Michelle Obama has seen favorable comparisons to Jackie Kennedy thanks to her grace and fashion prowess. But that nod (while flattering) does little to describe Ms. Obama's down-to-earth charm -- both her relatability, and the immediate understanding, upon listening to her speak, that she does not suffer fools lightly. No matter what happens in the upcoming presidential election, it's safe to say we're never going to have another First Spouse like her.

With that preamble, we hereby give you Ellen DeGeneres and Michelle Obama terrorizing a CVS. It's a clip from a recent episode of the former's show, which the First Lady co-hosted.  Highlights from their crrrazy yet family-friendly antics include confusion at the Coinstar machine, "Shelly" trying to fend off a backscratcher-wielding Ellen with the comment "I'm not itchy," and a rebellious distribution of plastic cups for a mid-shopping-trip boxed wine break.

Let's leave it at this: We have several convenient CVS locations here in the Bay Area, Michelle. Hope to see you soon.
