Proving once and for all that we never really leave middle school, elected officials have allowed their West Side Story reenactments to shut down the government with less thought than you give shutting down your computer. I'm not a clairvoyant, but I suspect the Founding Fathers aren't too jazzed about this turn of events. Many Americans, especially those who aren't being paid right now, are similarly not pleased. What are we all to do after we get light-headed from rage-posting on Facebook about this mess? Laugh through the pain, of course. Thankfully, the late night crew has us covered!
