Last month we met Lauren LoPrete, the genius behind This Charming Charlie, the magical Tumblr that is mixing Charlie Brown comics with Smiths lyrics that was taking the internet by storm. But now, according to the site and Stereogum, Universal is trying to shut them down because Universal owns the rights to publishing the Smiths lyrics. They've already removed six comics. WHAT ABOUT FAIR USE?! Also: WHAT ABOUT YOUR SOULS UNIVERSAL?!
