Sarah Shourd, Shane Bauer, and Josh Fattal, the three UC Berkeley grads who were taken captive by Iran while hiking near the border, spoke to the Occupy Oakland protesters at their encampment in front of City Hall yesterday. Shane Bauer and Josh Fattal also spoke in support of the Pelican Bay prison hunger strikes, drawing on their own experiences in solitary confinement while imprisoned in Iran. Raw video from KGO:
