Showtime's reality show about the Giants will debut on July 13. It's called "The Franchise: A Season With the San Francisco Giants." Here's a preview video:

Speaking of reality, the Giants have received a heavy dose of it over the last month or so, what with season-ending injuries to Buster Posey and probably Freddy Sanchez. And this weekend, the ultimate indignity for fans of the orange-and-black: getting swept by the A's. Non-stop gloating can be delighted in or fumed over at Athletics Nation.
