Most of us SEE the Bay a lot, but don’t know much about what happens OUT there. Bay Area resident Sam Lord has questions about the boats he sees from his house. He especially wanted to know: What are those barges anchored just north of the Bay Bridge, the ones that seem like they’re always there? Bay Curious reporter Kelly O’Mara took Sam out to the boats to find out.
