President Donald Trump on Thursday mulled over pulling ICE agents out of California, saying the state would become a "crime nest."

At a White House meeting where he discussed school safety with state and local officials, the president threatened to punish California for doing "a lousy management job" helping stop illegal immigration.

Saying, "all I'd have to do is say 'ICE, Border Patrol, leave California alone,'" the president once again painted a dire picture of crime-ridden sanctuary cities and states.
