15 Dead in Southern California Mudslides
We begin in Southern California. At least 15 people are confirmed dead and many others injured in mudslides and flash floods that struck the Santa Barbara town of Montecito early Tuesday morning. The tragedy happened after heavy rains fell on the hills and mountains stripped bare last month by the massive Thomas Fire.
