Hollywood has been forced to take a hard look at itself as sexual assault allegations against Harvey Weinstein spiraled into a scandal. This week, women in California politics added their voices: More than 140 women, from lobbyists to elected officials, signed a letter calling out the culture of sexual harassment and assault in the halls of state government.
