In what's being called the "Google manifesto" an engineer at the company wrote that "biological causes" are why women are underrepresented in Google's tech and leadership positions.

The leaked internal document was written by an anonymous software engineer who bashed Google's ongoing diversity efforts, writing that men have a "higher drive for status."
