Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) should recuse himself as the chair of the House Intelligence Committee tasked with investigating Russian hacking of the 2016 presidential race and how his previous job as a federal prosecutor helped prepare him for his current role as the ranking member of the House intelligence committee.
