Many people have been saddened by the loss of the historic Pioneer Cabin Tree in Calaveras Big Trees State Park due to the storm pummeling California this week. Many had driven their car through the tunnel at the base of the tree, one of the state’s oldest tourist attractions and a specimen of a rare native species.

If you're one of the people who did that, and you have a photo of it, please share it with us using #PioneerCabinTree on your preferred social channel -- or in the comments -- and we'll post it to the Storify below.
