President Obama spoke at a news conference today on the chemical attacks in Syria and said the actions the U.S. may take in response could include a "limited" attack. But he told reporters, “We’re not considering any open-ended commitment. We’re not considering any boots-on-the-ground approach.” Here is video of the news conference:
