Gov. Brown Impressed by 'Mach Speed' of China

John Myers of Sacramento's News10 is traveling with the governor, and reports Brown is impressed by the "mach speed" of China, which he hopes to emulate back in California.

Court Ruling on Prisons a Setback for Governor Brown
Governor Jerry Brown says he'll appeal a second federal court ruling rejecting his request to end judicial oversight of California's prison system. A three-judge panel ruled unanimously yesterday the state must reduce the prison population by 9500 fewer inmates to meet a court-ordered cap.
