California farmers make no secret of the fact they rely on a largely undocumented workforce. A group of business leaders gathered Tuesday in Fresno to talk about the impact immigration reform could have on the region's $26 billion farm economy.

UCLA Tries New Approach to Dementia Patient Care
The number of U.S. residents with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia will skyrocket as baby boomers hit their elderly years. Already, nearly six million people nationwide suffer from dementia, a number that will more than double in the coming decades. To begin addressing that need, UCLA has launched a program it hopes will become a model for dementia care.
