Brown to UC: 'Get Used to Less Funding'
The U.C. Regents meeting in San Francisco this week generated a lot more attention than usual. That's because it had the state's top brass in attendance. After years of budget cuts, there are a lot of people in the U.C. system -- from the students on up -- who would love to see big money pumped back into the schools. But Governor Brown says that's not likely.
