Much of the olive oil on grocery store shelves is imported from Italy or Spain, but California has a growing reputation as a producer of quality olive oil. KQED's Bay Area Bites visited one farm about 60 miles north of Sacramento to see how they make it. California Olive Ranch produces 60 percent of the olive oil that is grown in California.
