Parked cars, chain-link fences, police barricades -- San Franciscans deal with such obstacles all the time, right?

So on Sunday contestants demonstrated just how quickly they could dispatch these challenges in the Urbanathlon sponsored by Men's Health magazine.

The 10.2-mile course included stutter-stepping through tires, crawling under Suburus, climbing up and down the stairs at AT&T Park, vaulting over parked taxis and climbing a school bus, among other adventures.

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, Guillermo Ramos Espinoza, from Kensington, Minn., came in first at 1:04:42, while Jill Burford, from Oakdale (Stanislaus County), was the fastest female at 1:15:59.
