And CBS has condensed the whole parade to a couple of minutes.

The hottest topic post parade is the t-shirt worn by pitcher Sergio Romo, with the politically charged logo, “I JUST LOOK ILLEGAL.”

The San Francisco Chronicle took a look at initial reactions and Romo’s background.

That wasn’t the only parade story, though. Fans set a record on BART: Total ridership for October 31, 2012 was 568,061. That’s 45,863 more riders than the previous record — not coincidentally the last time the Giants had a victory parade on Nov. 3, 2010. And compared to a typical October Wednesday, yesterday’s ridership was a 40 percent increase.

Overall, the parade attracted about a million viewers, and cost the Giants about $1 million, the Chronicle reported.
