The "Special Delivery" street art show organized by Endless Canvas in a vacant west Berkeley warehouse on September 8th was attended by about 5,000 people and left in its wake some unwelcome tagging in the neighborhood. Frank Bletsch took one month to design the three-wheeled "Joe Car"(right) that can travel up to 25mph, and another month to piece it together. "It's made out of scrap material I found and bought from scrapyards."
