Here's a live stream of the USF May 2012 graduation ceremonies, where Bill Cosby is now speaking. Cosby is receiving an honorary degree from the university. "In honoring Mr. Cosby with the degree of Doctor of Humane Letters, USF recognizes his humor, compassion, and commitment to service during his lifelong work educating and inspiring children and adults," the university wrote in a release.
