Here's the document, uploaded by the Sacramento Bee. The cuts are broadly listed by category on page 6. Keep in mind these cuts assume passage of Brown's tax initiative in November. An April PPIC poll found just 54 percent would vote yes on the measure, which needs a two-thirds majority to pass.
