Solyndra CEO Brian Higgins and Chief Financial Officer Bill Stover invoked their Fifth Amendment right to not testify to avoid self-incrimination at the House hearing on Solyndra today. The House Energy and Commerce Committee is looking into the controversial loan guarantees the now-bankrupt company received from the Dept. of Energy.
