A large, angry crowd descended on the state Capitol Wednesday, calling on lawmakers to fight some of the severe cuts proposed by Governor Schwarzenegger. Earlier this week, the governor outlined $5.6 billion in new cuts. Today, he's expected to add another $3 billion in cuts to his proposal. One large financial problem just now coming to light: major cost overruns by the federal court-appointed receiver for prison health care.
