Jacques Pépin Heart & Soul is chef Jacques Pépin's final television cooking series. The 26 programs were taped in the fall of 2014 in the KQED studios in San Francisco and at Jacques’ home in Connecticut. The series premiered September 12, 2015 on KQED 9 and was broadcasted nationally on September 19, 2015.

The production of Jacques Pépin Heart & Soul involved numerous teams of people working together to make the show an integrated experience. The back kitchen crew worked behind the scenes preparing food that was finished on the set. In the studio and control room the producers, camera crew and engineers methodically planned and executed the taping of each episode. Here are behind-the-scenes photos shot from the set of Heart & Soul.
