In 'Conservative Sensibility,' George F. Will Aims to Return GOP to Its Roots

For more than four decades, Washington Post columnist and Pulitzer Prize winner George F. Will has written about politics and civic life through the eye of a constitutional conservative. In 2016, Will famously left the Republican Party to protest the nomination of Donald Trump as the GOP’s candidate for the presidency. Now, Will is out with a new book titled “The Conservative Sensibility,” which explores the Founding Fathers’ vision of effective government and argues for a return to the party’s core principles of separation of powers, financial prudence and small government.
