At a joint press conference with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, President Trump on Wednesday said he would slap new sanctions on Russia when they were needed and that nobody has been tougher on Russia than he has. We talk with former Secretary of Defense and CIA director Leon Panetta about the latest foreign policy developments.
