Governor Jerry Brown emphasized investing in transportation, education and growing the state’s rainy day fund as part of his new $190 billion budget proposal, released Wednesday. In this hour, we’ll talk about the state budget, Congressman Darrell Issa’s decision to not seek reelection and San Francisco’s mayoral race with KQED’s Scott Shafer and Marisa Lagos.
