Attorney General Jeff Sessions today is expected to rescind an Obama-era rule that allowed for legalized marijuana to flourish in individual states. Sessions will reportedly instead let federal prosecutors decide how aggressively to enforce federal marijuana law. We’ll discuss the announcement and what it could mean for California.
