New evidence emerged Thursday that gunman Stephen Paddock scouted other locations — including the Lollapalooza music festival in Chicago — before massacring 58 concertgoers in Las Vegas last weekend. As San Francisco prepares for several large outdoor events this weekend, we’ll discuss how law enforcement is addressing potential security risks. We’ll also get an update on the police investigation of the shooting.
