As Republican lawmakers conceded defeat Monday in their latest effort to repeal the Affordable Care Act, we’ll talk to one of the law’s architects about how it could be improved. In his new book, “Prescription for the Future,” bioethicist and oncologist Ezekiel Emanuel urges politicians and the health care industry to focus on reducing costs and improving patient care. We’ll talk to Emanuel about what makes an effective medical organization and we’ll find out about his multiple meetings with President Trump.
