China and Russia urged caution and restraint as rhetoric between the U.S. and North Korea once again escalated. President Trump called North Korea leader Kim Jong-un “rocket man” in comments to the U.N. General Assembly and later a “madman” in a tweet. For his part, Jong-un called Trump a “dotard” and “mentally deranged.” We’ll get the latest developments on U.S.-North Korea relations and the dangerous war of words
