New UC Berkeley Chancellor Carol Christ takes the helm as the school faces major problems, including a $110 million budget deficit and a student housing shortage. Christ joins us to discuss her plans for UC Berkeley, and explain why she deemed the 2017-18 academic year a “free speech year.”
