Author Scott Turow is well-known for his 1977 bestseller “One L,” about his first year at Harvard Law School. In his new legal thriller “Testimony,” Turow introduces readers to Boom, a former prosecutor who takes a job investigating whether the massacre of 400 Roma during the Bosnian War actually happened, and if so, who is ultimately responsible.
