President Trump to Address Congress in 'Biggest Speech Yet'

President Trump is set to deliver his first address to a joint session of Congress on Tuesday evening. The President is expected to focus on his plans to tighten immigration enforcement, cut taxes, increase defense spending and replace the Affordable Care Act, which the White House calls a “disaster” for American families. We’ll discuss the speech and get reactions to it.
