Silicon Valley tech leaders including Facebook’s Sheryl Sandberg and Apple’s Tim Cook are headed to Trump Tower in New York City on Wednesday to meet with President-elect Donald Trump. The meeting may be an awkward one, as many tech leaders supported Hillary Clinton for president. For his part, Trump has criticized Apple for manufacturing products outside the U.S. and accused Facebook of hiding news articles critical of Clinton. We’ll preview the meeting and discuss what the technology sector can expect from a Trump presidency.
