California voters on Tuesday approved the recreational use of marijuana. It is now legal for those over 21 to grow up to six marijuana plants and possess up to an ounce of pot. But the state won’t begin issuing licenses for businesses to sell recreational pot until 2018. In this hour we’ll sit down with Colorado’s pot czar and two experts on marijuana policy. What questions do you have for them?

Guests:

David Downs, Cannabis editor, San Francisco Chronicle; author, "The Medical Marijuana Guidebook: America's First How-To Guide for Patients and Caregivers."

Beau Kilmer, co-director, RAND Drug Policy Research Center; co-author, "Marijuana Legalization: What Everyone Needs to Know"

Andrew Freedman, governor's director of Marijuana coordination, state of Colorado
