Proposition 54 would prohibit the California legislature from passing any bill that is not publicly available at least 72 hours before lawmakers vote. The proposition would also require the legislature to post videos online of all public meetings. Supporters of the measure believe it will increase government transparency. We’ll hear from supporters and opponents to the measure.
