Larry Smith Offers 'The Best Advice in Six Words'

“Be an optimist that worries often.” That’s the sage advice of former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright contained in the new book, “The Best Advice in Six Words.” The book features concise wisdom from a wide range of public figures including author Dave Eggers, actress Molly Ringwald and Craigslist founder Craig Newmark. We’ll talk to Larry Smith, founder of the popular Six Word Memoir project, about what he learned while compiling snippets of life advice for the new book. We’ll also ask him what it’s like to watch a version of himself on the Netflix series “Orange is the New Black,” which was based on his wife, Piper Kerman’s, memoir.
