Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said Friday that Iran will honor the nuclear agreement it signed with six other countries — as long as those countries do so too. The preliminary deal will loosen sanctions on Iran in exchange for Iran curbing its nuclear activities. But many details remain to be decided and the deal still faces heavy opposition in Tehran and Washington.

Guests:

Mahmood Monshipouri, associate professor of international relations at San Francisco State University and editor of "Inside the Islamic Republic: Social Change in Post-Khomeini Iran"

Adam Mount, Stanton nuclear security fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations

Michael Doran, senior fellow at the Hudson Institute
