A measles outbreak that began at Disneyland in December grew to nearly 70 cases on Wednesday. Most of those infected were not vaccinated against the disease. The news follows a Kaiser Permanente study published earlier this week that identified clusters of underimmunization and vaccine refusal around Northern California.
